Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Terra Trace IQ ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

Terra Trace IQ provides satellite imagery analysis and progress reporting for construction monitoring. The Service relies on third-party satellite data sources (including ESA Sentinel and NASA programs) whose availability, resolution, and revisit cadence may vary.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) reverse engineer the Service, (b) resell satellite imagery in violation of upstream license terms, (c) use the Service for unlawful surveillance, or (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, branding, and generated reports, is owned by Terra Trace IQ. Customer site coordinates and account data remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to operate the Service.

7. Third-party imagery

Satellite imagery is provided by third parties under their respective licenses (e.g., ESA Copernicus, NASA). Use of derived reports is subject to those licenses where applicable.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Satellite-based progress assessments are estimates and should not be the sole basis for material financial, structural, or safety decisions. Always pair with appropriate professional judgment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terra Trace IQ's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your settings.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for disputes lies in the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
