We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company, project coordinates) and technical data generated by your use of the platform (login timestamps, dashboard activity, report downloads). We never collect personal data about workers or visitors at monitored construction sites — satellite resolution does not permit personal identification.
2. How we use it
To deliver, maintain, and improve the Terra Trace IQ service, communicate with you about your account, send progress reports you've requested, and meet legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with vetted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, satellite imagery vendors) under strict contractual safeguards, and with authorities when legally required.
4. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We operate under SOC 2 Type II controls and conduct annual third-party penetration testing.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing terratraceiq@protonmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
