Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company, project coordinates) and technical data generated by your use of the platform (login timestamps, dashboard activity, report downloads). We never collect personal data about workers or visitors at monitored construction sites — satellite resolution does not permit personal identification.

2. How we use it

To deliver, maintain, and improve the Terra Trace IQ service, communicate with you about your account, send progress reports you've requested, and meet legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with vetted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, satellite imagery vendors) under strict contractual safeguards, and with authorities when legally required.

4. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We follow industry-standard practices including role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular dependency scanning.

5. International transfers

We may process data in the United States and other jurisdictions where our infrastructure providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

We retain account and project data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA). Contact us to exercise these rights; we respond within 30 days.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
